2. Description of Service
Quotient is a bill-splitting application that allows users to scan receipts, assign items to participants, and generate payment requests.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
4. Payment Processing
Quotient facilitates the calculation and communication of payment requests but does not process payments directly. All payments are handled via third-party services like Venmo. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these third-party services.
5. SMS Notifications
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account and bill activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Quotient, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
